I also purchased PDF guides. Where can I find them?

If you have not received your guides via email, please follow these steps:

1. Open the app;

2. Go to "Profile";

3. Tap on "Guides";

4. Tap "Download."

You can also see all the guides you purchased in your personal account on the website.

2. Enter your account details;

3. Look in the "Fitness Guides" section for your guides.
