During pregnancy, it’s crucial to get expert advice from your health expert before enrolling in a fitness program. Unfortunately, FitCoach doesn’t offer workout programs specifically designed for pregnant women, so we do not accept any liability for any activities you may undertake through our service.

We suggest staying active throughout the day, avoiding jumping exercises, crunches, twists, or sudden motions, and tracking your pulse during physical activity. 

As the health of our users is a top priority for us, we strongly recommend consulting your doctor before starting any workout program.
