I also purchased PDF guides. Where can I find them?

If you have not received your guides via email, please follow these steps:

1. Open the app;

2. Go to "Settings";

3. Tap on the "Guides" section;

4. Tap "Download."

You can also see all the guides you have purchased in your personal account right on the website.

2. Enter your account details.

3. Look in the "Fitness Guides" section for your guides.
