It is worth mentioning that you identify your target areas when you start using the application: when signing up, you’re supposed to fill in your personal parameters and choose your goal and target areas. After you have done all this, the app creates a personalized workout plan based on the information you provided.

So that you can keep track of those areas during each training session, the "Strength" workouts display additional information on which target zones are being prioritized in a given training set.

If you want to adjust the target zones you’d like to work on, please follow these steps:
