How do I set training days?

To set your training and rest days, just follow these steps:

1. Tap on the "Your Plan" settings icon in the top right corner, as shown below:

2. Next, tap on "Customize training plan" to see a list of different types of training sets available to you. Just tap on a name from the list to adjust that specific set according to your needs. 

Alternatively, you could go to "Profile" → "Training plan," which will take you to the same page. 

There, you can select or exclude certain training sessions, choose the intensity level, and set your training/rest days.

As you might have noticed, the FitCoach app lets you arrange your own workout schedule: you can train every day or just three times a week. It is always up to you.
