How do I follow my workout plan?
The plan will offer you your main and additional activities each day. You're not supposed to do them in a row, and it's okay to complete them at different times of the day. You can find more information about each activity below:
"Morning" is not only a great start to the day, but it can also be a warm-up for you before your main workout. For example, before starting your "Strength" workout, try doing the "Morning" one to warm up your body.
"Cardio" is an awesome additional activity to your main workout to help you make it tougher, burn more calories, reduce stress, and even sleep better.
"Stretching" is pretty important after workouts to reduce pain, improve muscle function, reduce the risk of injury, improve blood flow and circulation, and minimize wear and tear on joints.
However, you're free to choose which workouts to do and when. To change your plan, simply tap on the "Your Plan" icon in the top right corner, where you can add or delete workouts from your plan, choose the days you want to perform them, adjust the difficulty level, and change their order.
