The app won’t track my steps.
To track your steps and speed, our app takes information from your device’s activity manager, which determines whether the device is stationary or moving (walking/running). This means you need to have your phone with you while you’re walking in order for the steps to be recorded correctly.
Please check whether you have enabled access to your physical activity on your phone: to do this, please follow these steps:
1. Open the FitCoach app;
2. Go to "Profile" > "Advanced":
3. Look for the option called "Accurate step counting" and tap on the "Fix it" button:
4. Confirm by tapping "Allow":
Otherwise, you will be redirected to the app’s settings. In the settings, select "No Restriction."
